Refund policy

Refund rules should be easy to see before a learner pays. The final commercial policy has not yet been supplied, so this page separates confirmed process principles from decisions still required.

What checkout should tell you

  • The programme, price, currency and total amount being charged.
  • How long access lasts and when access begins.
  • The refund or cancellation window, if one applies.
  • Any conditions affected by starting or completing digital learning.
  • How to request a refund and the expected response and payment-processing time.
  • Any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's location.

Request information

Once the official support channel is available, a refund request should include the account email, programme name, order reference, purchase date and a short explanation of the issue. Never send a full card number, password or one-time sign-in code.

Keep your purchase confirmation. Requests should be assessed against the policy shown at the time of purchase and any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Access, progress and credentials

A refund may affect access to the purchased programme, but the exact access rule is not yet approved. Progress and transaction records may need to remain for operational or legal record-keeping even if programme access ends.

A completed credential should not be silently deleted. Any decision to revoke a credential after a refund requires an explicit policy and should remain visible in the public verification record as a status change.

How money is returned

Approved refunds would normally be sent through the configured payment provider and, where possible, back to the original payment method. Banks and payment services may take additional time to display the credit. The actual provider and processing timeline must be confirmed before launch.

The contact page will publish the official support channel once it is confirmed.
