You may browse public pages without an account. Features that save enrolment, progress, assessment activity, purchases or credentials require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and telling support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Do not attempt to access another person's account or records, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, copy protected content at scale, submit harmful code or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Each programme page should describe the intended audience, curriculum, level, language, estimated length, assessment, completion rules, price and credential availability. Estimates are guidance and are not a promise that every learner will finish in the same time.

Access duration, prerequisites and any special programme conditions must be shown before enrolment or purchase. SkillNord may correct errors and maintain or update learning material, but changes should not misrepresent what a learner purchased or completed.

If a programme requires payment, the price, currency and applicable checkout terms should be displayed before you confirm the order. The commercial refund rules have not yet been approved. Do not rely on an assumed refund window; read the policy shown at checkout and the current refund policy.

Pass marks, attempt limits and other assessment rules can differ by programme and should be shown before an attempt begins. Submit only work you are allowed to use. Do not impersonate another learner, falsify completion or interfere with assessment records.

Learner work remains associated with the learner account. Any licence needed to store, review and provide feedback on submissions must be limited to operating the learning service; final intellectual-property language still requires legal review.

A Professional Credential is available only where a programme enables it and the recorded completion requirements are met. A SkillNord Professional Credential records completion of the named programme. It is not automatically a professional licence, regulated qualification or third-party accreditation unless the programme expressly states and supports that claim.

Credentials can be publicly checked using their verification code. A revoked record is shown as revoked rather than removed from history. Attempting to alter, counterfeit or misrepresent a credential is prohibited.

SkillNord's software, site design and platform content, together with programme material supplied by its creators, may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Enrolment is personal and does not transfer ownership or grant a right to republish, resell or share restricted material unless a specific licence says otherwise.

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Access may be restricted where necessary to investigate misuse, protect other users or comply with law. Any account suspension, termination, notice and appeal process must be finalised before launch and applied fairly.
